Terms & Condition

• A deposit of Rs 10000 is required at time of booking to secure your session. Due payment must be done before the session starts.
• Booking fees taken by MNJ are non-refundable except in the event MNJ cancels booking.
• Deposit is transferable if a date change is necessary, 48 hours of notice in case of cancellation or postponement is appreciated.
• If due to health & safety concerns the baby or family members attending the photo session are unwell, you will need to cancel and book for another convenient date/time slot.
• In the event of unsettled babies some requested props or poses may not be suitable. MNJ will use alternative props or poses. Please note, not all pose shots are guaranteed.
• If the client is more than 30 minutes late for a session without communication, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
• This is an individual package, so addition of friends/family members in photos should be consulted during the booking.
• All prices are subject to change without notice by MNJ.
• Images shared digitally will be available for 45 days from the shared date, after which it will be removed permanently. (Additional charge of Rs 1500 for restored images)
• Please note that if the photobook/frame is not collected within two months, MNJ will no longer be responsible.
• Camera, camera phones or any other recording equipment is not permitted during any session in the studio without the express permission of MNJ.
• Please note that MNJ gives only limited Raw / unedited images to a client.
• MNJ can use the photos of the session for advertisement, display, promotion in social media and websites. However, the client's consent will be taken.
